The most amazing setting, facilities and staff.

The setting is beautiful. The private pool is amazing. The size of the rooms. It was much bigger than i thought from the pictures.. The staff were amazing, communication from the time of booking all the way through was amazing. Everything they arranged for us from breakfast to massage to drivers and trips was great.

Not a problem for us since we used grab bike taxi but location is a bit out of Central Ubud and the traffic was heavy in the main part of Ubud so car taxi wasn't really a good option. Just something to note for future.

Tari was amazing! This place exceeded my expectations

This location is a hidden gem. It is nestled into a jungle setting and is private comfortable and well taken care of. The staff did an amazing job, making sure that we had everything that we needed and they went above and beyond our expectations. The villas are amazing, clean, And I couldnt have asked for a better place to relax and enjoy Ubud. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for luxury, quiet, cleanliness, and an amazing, relaxing stay. There is nothing like swimming in an infinity pool overlooking the jungles.

Nice design and friendly staff

Pool water was not very clean. Check-in time was 15.00 which we found extremely late and ruined our plans for the afternoon as we were hoping for a standard 12.00 to 13.00 check in time. Check-out time was on the opposite much earlier than standard practice in the hospitality industry at 11.00 AM. The bathroom faucet in the shower went from cold to burning hot with a tiny move of the lever.

absolutely stunning, even better than the pictures. Hosts were very pleasant to deal with. Grab scooters were never more than 5 minutes away. very quiet and away from the hustle and bustle.

The aircon took many hours to cool down the whole villa so it was VERY hot, especially at night. Couldn't leave the key in the space to leave the aircon going while out and only one small facility for a huge villa.

No service, No staff after 6pm. Once you book hotel its their responsibility to take care of you whenever you needed but without any info they just leave us alone here. The place is very scary Night times. No Security
