Wouldnt go back . Many better hotels with better location in Bangkok and much better housekeeping.

Amazing breakfast and facilities, love that its dog friendly

The housekeeping didnt clean our room until 5 15 pm. This is highly unexpected from a 5 star hotel like Kimpton where youre paying so much . The shuttle to the Chitlom station was always full and had to always wait an extra half hour for a drop.

Comfortable but very busy

Breakfast is spectacular albeit very busy. Staff service facilities all top notch. Check in staff especially very good.

It's just too busy and too many of gimmicky pet dogs.

Amazing hotel with very high finishes and amenities in a great location. Ideal for long weekend or business stay.

The hotel was in a great location and was finished to a very high standard. Beautiful breakfast, fantastic gym, amazing roof terrace and bar / restaraunt. Linked by a landscaped garden with the Kempinski hotel and a row of nice restaurants, shops and beauty salons. This is obviously a high end area of downtown Bangkok.

Relaxed with enough space and good foods.

We love the space, cleanness, yard and food in the hotel. And all very value for money esp during Christmas season. You can also reach to multi-cushion restaurants right cross the yard. We enjoyed the free happy hour 5-6pm everyday too!

Room service can be improved as the staff easily forgot what we need after the call, eg, we need couple of glasses, but then it was forgotten. But its acceptable thinking it as a busy season.

The room was the highlight of the stay

Quiet neighborhood- away from the crowds . Spacious, well appointed room

Everything was overcrowded and busy- from check ins to waiting for elevators, breakfast felt like we were dining in a food court! Rooftop bar was small n packed- as guests of the hotel, we were not accommodated outside but had to settle for an indoor table. Food at the bar was very average

Nice hotel, good location but front desk staff unfriendly.

The staff at the check in lobby front desk was very unfriendly. The white male is very professional and kind. Other staff however were very unprofessional and not really living up to what you would expect from a 5 star hotel. One of the staff threw the pen at me and this was quite shocking.
