Ease of access and location was great, clean and well serviced.

Room was very cold, needed to turn on small electric heater and air con, bed was beside the windows so this may have been as a result of a draft or air creeping in from outside. Did get warm eventually

the area where it is located is very good, you can find everything you need very quickly, restaurants, market, pharmacies

unfortunately the room where I stayed was in the basement, the walls and bedding were not extraordinary

Great except for no toilet roll and lack of effective communication

Great location and character of the building

When I arrived, there was no toilet roll. Despite several phone calls and conversations and follow up messages ( as I was there for 2 nights) I still got none. With no one on site, it was a frustrating conversation to explain the situation and while the lady tried to help, she obviously looks after several properties so didnt know this property well. Finally, having scoured the house, I found a box of tissues and the next day, their cupboard with cleaning supplies. The concept is great but sadly without staff on site, any small issue could become major.

Location next to the dart and on a nice leafy street. Very good value for money for Dublin city. Clean. The room had bottles of water and teabags. Helpful staff as first I got the wrong room and the staff explained and showed me the new room

Nice location.

We stay in the room 4. It was so cold in the room. The wind blew from the cracks of the windows. The bed is completely uncomfortable, as are the pillows.

No water and no refund

WiFi was okay

We arrived with there being no water in our room. When we asked for a room with water so we could get ready for an event that we saved up every spare penny to go to, we were met with rudeness and told to wait for an engineer instead. The engineer took hours to arrive and we were 4hrs later for the event than we planned and it ruined the night. My partner and I are gutted. Not too mention the rounds were tiny and covered in black mould. For 200 you'd expect a liveable condition.

Brilliant, and Great Value for Money.

The Bath & the Bed. Very comfortable. The room was spotless. Easy access to entry as the System of check-in is automated. I look forward to my return at the end of this week for business. It's a fabulous location in Dublin 4. Easy access to most locations.

Superb

Great value for what I paid, spotless clean.

Nice and quiet away from the city center but easily walkable.

Decor is not to my taste but thats fine, I had some trouble getting the shower to work and the water is scalding hot. I was in room 11 and could hear people walking around in the room above due to creaky floorboards but that for me wasnt an issue.
