Absolutely Perfect

We loved our stay at Burleigh Esplanade Holiday Apartments. The apartment was immaculate and so stylish and the view was sensational. It is the best place I have ever stayed at. The location was also fantastic It was during the Xmas break and you could always contact someone.

There was nothing I didn't like. Would definately stay there again.

Great property, Apartment furniture and cleanliness can vary.

Location is fantastic. The Apartment was a great size, nice and big and spacious.

Our apartment was not very clean at all, and a lot of things broken and not working for example the dryer and washing machine did not work.

Great apartments and location. The owners of apartment 20 should be ashamed of the state of it.

The apartment building facilities and the common areas were excellent, the view was amazing. The managers were very helpful when I raised my concerns and offered me an alternative room when one became available, but it was not big enough for my family.

We stayed in room 20 and it was a major disappointment. The advertisement states that the room has an extra large bed, it does not. The carpet is rotten and the curtains need to be cleaned, they are caked in dust and mould which concerned me with my asthma. Many furniture items and fittings were broken and the bathroom cabinet was flaking chipboard everywhere. I was prepared to be in a standard apartment, but this room was below standard, it was plain dirty.

Very enjoyable stay with family

Great view and pool. Plenty of space in the living area. Short walking distance to patrolled beach.

Some Vertical Blinds missing in all bedrooms making rooms very light in the morning. Some of the wardrobes kept coming off their runners and were hard to place back. Stong wind blew the pantry door off its hinges and narrowly missed my 3-year-old granddaughter. No smart TV.

The apartment is huge and very comfortable the shower is fantastic its a great place to stay . Kitchen very well appointed and modern

The a/c in the bedroom made a buzzing noise which meant we could not use it however good old fashioned sea breezes were just as good from the ranch slider

Overall this property is good and we enjoyed our stay

Great location and apartment was a good size and comfortable

The sun lounges around the pool could do with being updated. Most of them are unusable because the cushions have no padding. The balcony light continually flickered which was annoying.
