Perfectly located in the centre of old city , very convenient to go to everywhere by booking your own taxi /tuk-tuk. Room is exactly same as photos on the website , very clean , confortable and well decorated. There are many choices of breakfast , western and Thai food and various drinks .

Great location

Great location and extremely welcoming staff. Loved the opportunity to dip in the pool after a long day exploring Chiang Mai

The only thing that made our stay less than comfortable is the poor sound insulation. It felt like the walls were paper thin and we could hear everything going on in the neighbours suite. I think the building we were staying in was an older one and hopefully there are better facilities in the newer building

Restaurant wasnt great and pillows were too hard. But theres a great Thai restaurant across the street, Its Good Kitchen!!!

Lovely place

The pool is nice and clean and the breakfast options were great. Staff is very helpful and nice and speaks English.

The location isn't great if one is planning to walk around, particularly in the evening as there is a dark, isolated road just beside. The laundry service was pricey and ruined some of my clothes. In addition, while the old house style is lovely, you don't get much privacy in the rooms as you can hear everything in the rooms just beside. Also, the doors don't provide much isolation, allowing small bugs and lizards to get in.

Amazing boutique hotel with lovely staff.

Loved the location and their interior and exterior style and design. The pool was such a great addition to this town centre location.

Honestly only their pillows, very uncomfortable. The rest was just perfect.

Disappointing

Location is very good.

The hotel is during the renovation without further notice. The walkway is dusty which makes it feel like the hotel isn't clean. Shampoo, soap and cream weren't filled up. Floor mat in the Bathroom is dirty with shoe marks after I asked the staff to fill them up. Bathroom is very small. Bed is right in front of the door of the room. No sound proof. I could hear people walk and talk.
