The staffs are friendly and attentive. The reception is open for 24 hours so its convenient and theres always someone to let you in (Keep in mind that your room key doesnt work on the main door). The room is renovated and the common area looks cosy. The balcony is absolutely great. The bed was really comfortable and large. The room has lots of space for two suitcases. Their amenity (shampoo, hand soap, conditioner and body soap) was from MUJI which I personally love! Every day the staff made our bed and cleaned our room really well. The street in front is rather quiet but the area even though it is a busy area, full of traffic. As for the breakfast, it is the a-la-carte style. You choose from their menu. They have five or six options like pancakes, eggs, Indian breakfast. We tried all the types and it was really tasty.

It takes at least 5-7 mins for the water to get hot. The drainage for shower is bad, the water floods out from the shower booth. The hotel is located in an area where there are not proper pedestrian paths nor traffic signals so its really hard to get around on foot. And it looks very much run-down, full of garbages. Many streets around the hotel stink badly, too. The lights on the street in the area are dimmed and its hard to see the ground. The streets are full of dents and uneven and therefore it can be dangerous to walk in the middle of the night. Staying at this hotel apartment is basically like renting an apartment but you share the apartment with two other groups. On the second floor we stayed, there are two more rooms. All guests share the common area (kitchen, iron area, washing area, living area and balcony) which can be awkward if others are not much into interaction. The breakfast is prepared after they receive an order and it takes time to be served especially when other guests are around and therefore if you are in a hurry for instance to get to the airport or so, it may not be convenient. The breakfast staff do not speak English well so if you dont speak Hindi, it may be difficult to communicate with them.

Beautiful clean quiet oasis in a safe leafy area- comfortable bed and lovely bathroom. Excellent staff and breakfast. Local bakerys are fabulous.

Lovely Property

It was a lovely place with super friendly staff. The laundry facilities were a bonus even though we were only there for one night. I would not hesitate to stay there when in Delhi again.

Great breakfast. It's in a residential area of Delhi, so it's safe to walk around in. Fairly easy to get an Uber most of the time. It's very clean and chilled out. There's an area to do laundry. Fast internet. Friendly staff. Very green area of Delhi.

It's actually in a gated area, the gates open at maybe around 7am and shut at 10pm. If you have a very early start sightseeing/airport/trip to Agra, be aware of this. There's a way to go around the gates, however your Uber or Taxi driver will probably not know this and it won't show in Sat Nav. There is always someone onsite, so if in doubt get them to speak directly to your driver.

Beautiful designed room with common spaces and very tasty breakfast! All handled by very nice and helpful staff.

The room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our short stay! On the level where we stayed, there was a shared living room and a shared kitchen for 3 rooms. Their interior design is so beautiful and the way the light was entering the rooms was charming! The breakfast was one of the tastiest we had in India! The staff was also very kind and helpful! The area is nice, clean and quite peaceful.

A heads up from the staff about the fact that the street gates close at night would have been helpful, because one night we arrived late at the hotel and our Uber had difficulties to enter the street which remained open, but finally we sorted it out.
