The room and hotel was clean.

The pillows were uncomfortable. The linens were scratchy. Room was freezing (needed heat). Heat wouldnt work properly. The air conditioning/heating unit would turn on and then run for about 10-15 and shut off with a large bang all through the night and morning. The beds were squeaky every time the other person in the other bed turned it made so much noise. room 142

Good stay. Happy about the hotel in total.

Good location, friendly staff, nice rooms. Would recommend.

Breakfast - very crowded, long queues, loud and noisy room. The food in it self was good. Reception area - perfume fragrance is to strong, smells good but is to strong.

The experience could have been much better

The staff waived the charges for deliveries that I received

I did not like the payment process for my reservation I did not like the fact that I had to fill a form every morning before 9am for my room to be cleaned The front end staff were also not very helpful most times, always referring to manager for almost everything There was no hot chocolate at breakfast
