Superb

Very good location. GM Mr. Manikumar is an excellent person. Breakfast excellent. Staffs are very well behaved.

Toilet should have exhaust fan.

Only location is great, do not expect much from the facilities at the resort.

Location

Food was not ready on time. Looks like inexperienced staff. No daily room cleaning. Lacks cleanliness. The bed sheet and pillows looked like a used one.

Verygood teamwork by all staff. Overall feel was excellent. Wish to visit again.

Excellent hospitality and beautiful location.

The garden lacks in collection of colourful plants & cactus ......need to be improved. Not to be taken as dislike but the family photos will be enchanting with above add on. .

Disappointing

Good location. Poor service. Not value for money

The location is very good and it's closer to the lake.

Service was extremely unresponsive. The breakfast was served very late after several follow ups. There were no options for breakfast.

Disappointing

Disappointed with Stay , ruined our Holidays.

Only the Location, near Kodaikanal Town & Lake.

1) The room was pretty old and not cleaned properly. 2) Less Privacy as the windows were transparent only to be covered with Shabby and Dirty Curtains. 3) The Place is absolutely Understaffed , in fact when in need you have absolutely no way to connect to the staff. 4) Late Morning Breakfast - Breakfast was being served only from 9 , most people start their sight seeing with an early breakfast. 5) For the facilities provided( Actually None) , the hotel is pricey. 6) The bathrooms were not clean.
