Charming guesthouse

Brooks Guesthouse were so helpful on the phone prior to our visit regarding parking etc. It was a lovely building, with charm. We had a triple room on the top floor facing the road, but it was still so quiet. The room was spotless, warm and comfortable. The communal space was homely, decorated so festively for Christmas and with mulled wine on offer. 10 minutes walk from the centre of Bath, and 7 minutes from Newbridge Park and Ride.
