We were never informed that the breakfast buffet was included with our room; found out from a friend on the last day. We told the front desk 4 times that we did not have hot water, they said they would have maintenance fix it all 4 times, no one ever came to fix it.

Nice hotel, cool bar, solid location.

Complimentary breakfast buffet was very nice. Staff was great across the board. Hotel is walkable to other points of interest.

Prices on the menu at the pool don't match what you are charged.

Most enjoyable and long to stay again .

I loved the attentive, caring and hospitable staff. They ensured that my stay was going smoothly and availed themselves to any need that could be met. The location is ideal for entertainment, food or shopping. You can walk to each thing with ease even other eateries other than the hotel. Overall is accommodating, luxurious and most revitalizing .

Well they are just opening so not all restaurants are opened within the hotel as yet. They had a soft but accommodating opening.

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff and great value.

This newly renovated hotel was absolutely beautiful. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to take care of our needs and make us comfortable. There was a delicious breakfast buffet included. The hotel is centrally located, has its own private beach and a nice pool area. I would highly recommend this place to anyone coming to Nassau.

Affordable stay with quiet vibe in downtown area

Friendly and helpful staff, central downtown location close to restaurants and straw market

Old style rooms with small windows, no balcony. Room was right next to elevators and there was lot of noise coming in all the time with elevator dings and people crowding outside. Limited dining options on property, no hot tub, quiet vibe not lively

Once checked in it was ok

Nice facilities, clean, good location

it took over 30 minutes to check in. They had staff but nobody moved quickly and they didnt acknowledge we were waiting or seem to understand that this was really poor service

Very good

Very nice stay. I liked that it was not a large resort. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Stayed in the Flagler Suite. Really liked it. Beach/ocean was nice. Location was great!

The lounge was not open. With our suite we had complimentary lounge access.

We chose the Hilton brand, but this was more like a Best Western

The location was good. The beach is sheltered by barrier island and private to the property.

The pool bar was open the first day we arrived but was closed the remainder of our stay. On our last day, the beach was littered with rubbish. There was a beach attendant in the towel shack. The staff was hit or miss as far as friendliness or helpfulness. We had issues getting the restaurant on the phone to order food, ultimately we had to go down in person. We consulted the front desk as to the process of how breakfast was charged, as we were overcharged and had to correct it. The front desk attendant laughed and told us to watch out for them because the front desk couldnt correct it later. I really felt like they were not really prepared to be open and have guests. We spoke to other tourist at an event we booked and their experiences were totally different from ours, but they stayed at different hotels and resorts.
