Excellent hotel, very expensive for what was on offer.

Spectacular location. Beautiful pool and spa. Friendly, encouraging staff in gym. Breakfast was very good. Room was clean, spacious and view was amazing. Concierge staff and luggage porters were excellent. Loved the Hotel shop, bought too many gifts and Burgenstock wool throw rug. Change room and bathroom adjacent to pool was luxurious and every detail thought of, including plastic bag for wet swimming costume. Hairdryers, shampoo and amenities were appreciated.

Very good

The spa is gigantic and very clean. The view is impressive and unbeatable. The rooms are quite spacious. The traveling experience to the hotel is exclusive and unique.

Breakfast choices were quite limited. I wish there are more options. Also the shower box was leaking. I asked the room service staff about it and she said it happens in most of the rooms.

The food, was excellent, particularly breakfast which added significant value as it was included in the room rate.

The hotel, property, spa, etc were all spacious and lovely. We have no complaints about our stay at all.

Location is amazing, the view over the lake is incredible.

Structure of the hotel is weird, f.e. every time you want to go to spa you need to pass the reception. Dinner time slots are weird, you have 1.5 hours to eat and then need to leave.
