The views from t (Read More)he rooms are majestic and the spa is unrivaled. The breakfast is delicious and the seafood at the main restaurant for dinner is amazing. The resort is a fantastic place to relax and is recommended for people who enjoy the Maldives. The services are great, although the food is not that nice. The pool is also praised as being incredible and desired for a lifetime.

they says they have best spa in europe, which i would not confirm , it is decent and have great view, But i wont call saunas and spa complex in general the best I've been to. but definitely top 5

Amazing views! Exceptional rooftop pool & spa facilities!
View of Lake Lucerne was breathtaking, we got 3 free upgrades for 3 rooms over Christmas! Staff are super friendly & went above & beyond! Lake bar food was amazing- burgers were to die for! Spa facilities were the BEST I've experienced - rooftop infinity pool was WOW! Highly recommend!
Restaurant staff could be more friendly! A couple of orders needed following-up

No point in booking a room to experience the property. Just book a day at the spa.
A la carte Breakfast was good. Spices restaurant had some delicious options and a good wine list. Service meets the expectations for the type of property.
Didnt care for the wait times to be seated for breakfast or the lack of buffet options. There are way too many day visitors and hotel guests get no preference in booking spa appointments or property restaurants. Use your money to book spa appointments and a nice bottle of wine for dinner vs booking a room. The rooms are nice though.

The view is amazing. Our room was nicely decorated. Many thanks for the hotel team :) The staff are friendly. Our breakfast was delicious.
The air ventilator of the room shall be improved because the room has sometimes bad smell. The bed and pillows can be softer. The bed was hard and we did not have good sleep.

Fantastic location with a wonderful spa and views.
Location, Spa & views were amazing! We had a very enjoyable dinner. The arrival / departure from Lucerne by boat & funicular is great.
Breakfast was underwhelming. Service was slow, likely they were understaffed in the restaurants. Attention to detail was lacking for the price paid. Generally friendly though.

Everything. I rarely give a 10. The view, everywhere in the hotel, was breathtaking Just make sure you dont come when its foggy you will lose that.
If you want to get some cheap snacks, better do it before you go up the mountain
