The hotel is not far from the city center, so it is easy to check in. And the heating of the room is very strong, so the room is very warm, really comfortable. we forgot to bring toothpaste when checking in, so we consulted with the owner, the owner was very enthusiastic and immediately send us a toothpasteThe stay experience was excellent!

Lovely rooms booked for our new years stay everything was straight forward and the room was lovely and cosy

Nothing to not like all was great definitely stay again very handy for the centre not too far a walk and the owners were great with responding to any questions we had

A great break and the accommodation did not spoil it but could have been better value.

Good location near the city walls and local parking even if a little expensive. Good local pubs and restaurants, exceptionally good Indian Restaurant (the Raj) within easy walking distance. Easy to find and good access arrangments. Great communication and the room was clean.

The room was not small, it was tiny, the TV did not work and despite leaving a message there was no resolution. The room was overpriced given the size and facilities, I understand that the area is popular at that time of year but the price gave me the expectation of something better. The only contact with any staff was with the room service/cleaners on the day we arrived. They were helpful but not on-site at other times. The shower was very small and exited directly onto the carpet which was damp from previous use.

Avoid if you're a light sleeper like me!

Good location, great communication about the parking situation (5 per day which is great value)

The mattress is clearly very old as with every small move my partner or I made, the whole thing shook, I've never experienced anything like it. There was a bright light outside the window the whole night and since the room was at the front of the property, we also kept hearing the door getting slammed. Awful night's sleep for both of us, absolutely avoid the king-size ground room if you're a light sleeper. The shower cubicle is tiny and shower head holder doesn't work so this is uncomfortable too.
