I liked room service it was the best room service I have ever seen, they're cleaning my room in so uniqe way. And served me perfectly. Thanks to all of them. Mohammad imran and roh al ameen and the other stuff was serving me in my floor. They're just amazing kind and helpful
Front office was the worst service in the world, they asked after long period of stay for 163sr in front for late check out. It was very rood way and far from profesional. They said you have to come right now to pay or we send someone to you! Because we will close the system. Mr, osama is part of management stuff and he called me after i asked to talk with any manager to fix this behavior. And he apologized about that was so good and kind in talk. But still they have to fix a lot of things in management system! In the end they apologized by word but they was mistaken in action. Fitness and swimming pool only for men. And women not allowed to go there. I wish they take my recommendation in that part for better service in future for their hotel and their country.

Quality of the food need to be improved. Half board is a menu, not a buffet. Children could choose only a main course but no starter, no soup and no dessert.

There was nothing missing in the room. They are spacious and equipped with a lovely bathroom. Nice interior design. Compared to other places and prices a good choice Id say. Can recommend.
Not located in city centre I think, but close to the sea. So depends on individual needs if the location is good. Staff at reception could be a little more welcoming.

It was a very nice stay. I wish to be there again.
- Comfortable room - Cooperative staff - Dinner & breakfast was brilliant - Neat & clean - Near to corniche
1- Disappointed during checkout. The receptionist told me to pay for the dry fruits which were placed in our room. I told her that we didnt used one of the three packets and for the rest i will pay for them but she didnt accepted and ask to pay for all packets. I was shocked by her behaviour. Money doesnt matters but your behaviour means something with your guests. 2- Logically any items that are chargeable by the hotel should not be in the room(guests will order whatever needed, like we ordered the lunch from the menu and we paid for it) or the guests should be informed before to checkin that these items are payble if used.
