The whole family absolutely loved staying with John, the suite was perfect in size (huge bath room!), our host super friendly and supportive, and the breakfast absolutely amazing. We would definitely stay here again.

What a lovely place and the host is not only super friendly but also a great entertainer and has a huge knowledge about almost everything. It was a great pleasure to stay at this place. Everything was clean and very comfortable. WiFi worked well and fast. The breakfast was amazing and far better than any other place I stayed in New Zealand. The lovely touch and the old Victorian house made the stay for me unforgettable... I will definitely come back again.

Stay in the heart of the city in this beautiful old villa.

This place is unique and adorable. We had a truly magical experience staying at Braemar. John and Mel were very hospitable from the moment we arrived through to our departure. We had a lovely breakfast and felt right at home. Our only regret is we didnt stay longer!

Perfectly located B&B run by a great hosts with great travel tips and recommendations

John and Mel are exceptional hosts. They go above and beyond to make their guests feel at home. The property is beautiful Edwardian home with a lot or character. The breakfast was delicious and generous. Thank you!
