Relaxing, true boutique experience in the heart of a beautiful Bruges!
A true boutique hotel! Excellent location, off the main fuss, but minutes walk from the center, modern tasteful interiors, friendly staff helped with topnotch tips for bars and restaurants around the city. We had a very pleasing and relaxing stay. Definitely would come back! Thank you!
We had a small incident with a very weak/almost no water flow in the shower in the morning on one of the days, as explained due to water consumption rush hour.

I love the outside bar in winter its great to sit under the stars with heaters logs / fires etc
Nothing I didnt like 2nd Xmas there

What a transformation and pleasure to stay at.
The little extras (welcome drink & chocolates). The very attentive staff. The wonderfully renovated building and out door bar/tapas area. The big comfy bed. The amazing 3 tiered breakfast with hot options available too. We used to come to this hotel many year ago when it was The Edmond (faulty towers) always eventful. This now has such a chilled and lovely vibe. Staff go above and beyond.
Not an issue for us at all. But maybe mention the steps up to room in the roof on the website. Lucky we were 2 couples and we took this lovely room. However my in laws would never have got up there with their knees.

A fantastic place, reception staff were excellent and the room, bar and restaurant all excellent. Modern decor against a
Beautiful place, very well furnished and comfortable with modern touches.
Hair dryer - the only thing. Irritating to use having to constantly hold to activate whilst brushing long hair etc. A minor inconvenience nothing more.
