Our stay was perfect!!! The location is great, the hotel is lovely and perfect in every single detail, personnel very kind and welcoming, breakfast was perfect.

The breakfast is delicious and offers a wide variety. The ladies who welcome us are charismatic and always have a positive attitude

The shower is somewhat uncomfortable, and the room's air conditioning wasn't sometimes effective. More than once, we had to sleep with the window open due to the heat. In my personal opinion, it seems a bit pricey considering the offered benefits.

The welcome and service, like the hotel, room and breakfast was 1st class and we have found our new 1st choice hotel when visiting Brugge.

Enjoyable stay but definitely not great value for money. Expected more

Very well located, easy to find. The breakfast buffet was very good. All the staff were excellent. The 'living room' was a very welcome addition. The bed and linen were extremely comfortable. A good sized lift made for easy travel between our top floor accommodation and the ground floor.

Room was much smaller than expected, not enough storage facilities for our length of stay. The temperature control was not adequate, so we kept overheating despite the control being set to its lowest setting. Slept with window open which unfortunately led to the main door rattling through the night. No long mirror fitted in the room.
