Expensive for what you get

Good size room,, comfortable bed, complimentary coffee and water, metro station four blocks away that takes you to Grand Central Station in just 15 minutes.

Very basic and scarce furniture in the room, no breakfast included, surroundings look unsafe (even though it is not), expensive late check-out

Beautiful facility. Great location. Quiet. Cant wait to come again.

It was a wonderful experience. Staff very responsive to all my needs. Loved the room and it was great having a restaurant on first floor.

Ive been staying at boro hotel for over a year once a month , its quiet tucked away from stressful and the views are amazing

In the shower , the shower head was rusted and leaking water from the top , the rust on the shower head was very disturbing

Not worthy of a 4-star hotel. Consider elsewhere for that service

Location is fine. rooms are spacious

One staff in particular left me with a bad taste about this stay at check out. I had a 15-minute delay from checkout and the staffer very rudely insisted that I have to pay $100 for an extra hour. not a 4-star hotel type of service if you ask me.

Definitely a hotel I would stay at again while in NYC.

Cleanliness, comfortable bed, nice bath

There are no counters or places to unpack especially in the bath. Especially difficult to even have a space to use toiletries etc.

Loved the style of the hotel!! Close to subway, useful for visiting Manhatten attractions. Beds were exceptionally comfortable!! Fantastic view of Manhatten, especially at night!! Would definitely recommend!!

There wasn't a means to make a coffee.
