Very good

Good location in Phuket Town

Great location in Phuket Town. A short walk to the bus terminal where you can get to many of the beaches around Phuket. There's an Indy Market just outside the front a couple of days a week which is great for live entertainment, local food and drinks.

1) Water pressure in the bathroom is terrible and I hardly take bath, 2) water blockage and flood in the bathroom (staff helped to solve) 3) the lighting in the room is too dim

I really recommend it

great place, clean, calm. There are shops within walking distance and every week there is a mini night market right in the parking lot. Its not difficult to get to the old town and its only about 10 minutes. Large comfortable beds with curtains, where you get your own personal space. Very friendly staff.

Not that this is a minus, just a slight misunderstanding on my part, although each room has its own bathroom, but when it is occupied, then there was a problem, Ill explain (living on the 1st floor you see a shared bathroom only for girls, and so on on the second floor you have nothing to go to, you can of course go to the restroom by the pool, but its not always convenient. Living on the second or third floor, you can see a common mens bathroom on the second floor, but since the first floor the living area is located a little differently, then you just dont know what exists for girls too.) For example, I really didnt know, and it happened that the bath was occupied for a long time and I had to just go to the mens room, because there was no choice, and it was very awkward. You will say that I could have asked, but usually you can see it right away. So, it may not be appropriate, but I would suggest making both of these large common restrooms without separation, since there are stalls inside and the doors close, then everything is in order. And there won't be such confusion

Clean and convenient

This is my second time coming to this hostel. This time I was in time for indy night market, which is literally in front of the hostel. Every time it is clean and beds have enough of privacy. Staff are also helpful and friendly. Also it is easy to get here by the city bus from the airport and also go back to the airport.

The river next to hotel is tiny bit smelly, you can smell it by the pool. Also our bathroom had weird smell, but was still very clean.
