Definitely worth to try this experience. All my friends were stunned when they got to know where we stayed

As for us very extraordinary place to stay. Kids recall our vacation very often and they absolutely loved it! The property is in beautiful place. All essential needs can be found around. Beautiful promenade, playground, beach, shops and tram/metro - all is very near. Even though the boat looks compact - it is everything needed for life inside. Enough of space to accommodate a family of four.

The boat is good to stay for 3 days. After that I started feeling I need a standard accommodation with not compact space, usual bathroom etc. but kids didnt want to leave it at all:) even for walks in the city. That was also a problem here

It was such a great experience. We loved living on a boat for 3 days, it was fun. We walked about 10 mins away and it felt like a real nice neighborhood with decent restaurants and grocery stores, all very affordable. It was so nice and quiet in the marina area and we felt very safe. The boat was so spacious, the bathroom was great as well.

If you haven't tried to stay overnight on the both you missed a thing!

For the unknown reason during our stay in Barcelona all hotels were already booked or overpriced, therefore we opted for this boat that fulfilled our expectations. In the evening we had a glass of wine and in the morning a coffee on the deck and header towards the city centre. It is for a shorter stay though. We enjoyed it fully!

The boat needs some refurbishment but in general if you like this kind of experience it is a very pleasant stay!

A cozy and unforgettable stay on a boat

We stayed on the boat called Octubre. The stay was comfortable and the boat had everything we needed.A/C, private bath/shower, WiFi, flatscreen TV, kitchen with fridge and microwave. There was a queen-size bed and a double bed, and we slept great! Overall a very pleasant stay Also, Id like to add that the staff was very friendly and helpful, answering our questions and giving us extra pillows. We had a wonderful experience and highly recommend this property!

The other place to stay

The location is very good. metro is just a 5 minutes walk away and its only a 10 minute ride to Plaa de Catalunya. From the boat you can enjoy love sunrises and having breakfast and dinner on the deck ist just amazing. Also a Supermercat is just 2 minutes away and to make the location complete there also restaurants around. The beaches are in a 15 minutes walking distance.

Of course the bathroom isnt the same comfort like in an normal hotel but if you rent a boat you are aware of this. Unfortunately the condition of the furniture and seats is already a bit worn out.

Pleasant

Great experience, probably not again.

Cool concept, we like to be on the water, the boats are older boats, so a bit run down surfaces, but great experience.

Unfortunately the boat windows have no mosquito nets, so we had all night mosquitos, although we closed windows, they were in and the air is very quickly used. The split aircon is very lound and air doesnt get better

Nice to have stayed on a boat. Its a small space for a family of five but the kids are little. Good location

Great location. Mall in walking distance and close to public transport. Supermarket on the marina was good.

Could have put in more anti mosquitoes things. Some gaps in the boat opening to let them in. We were bitten in the night but we did stay in peak summer.
