Awesome Christmas holiday

The apartments have everything you need for a family vacation. The reception desk even has pool and beach toys to borrow.

The bathrooms werent very clean and somenof the furniture was broken.

Almost perfect :)

Great place, kids friendly, nice terrasse with amazing view on the ocean, nice pool area and gardens, perfect location > direct access to the beach.

The cleaning was average : a lot of dust under the beds and sofa. Rusty and broken shelf in the shower.

Disappointing

Once we moved apartments - we had a better stay! All apartments are not equal!

Location was great near beach, but so much construction around the property

Not all apartments are same quality or condition!! We requested a rollaway bed which was placed in the lounge - the lounge only had net curtains and so at 4.30am it was broad daylight. We had to wait two nights before we could change apartments -to one that was fit for purpose! not really ok!

Some rooms are advertised as Ocean View, when they are really only "Ocean Glimpse." Note: only 3 bed Ocean view rooms are on the very front of the building overlooking the. beach. Our 2 bed Ocean View room faced west and had a side balcony with a bit of Ocean View only.

Great location, so close to beach and walking path and fantastic vicinity for a variety of restaurants

Location, pool and spa, underground parking

Could have done with more cutlery and crockery as we had breakfast and a snack most days in the apartment, but there wasnt enough of the above to make use of the dishwasher as we were having to wash the dishes by hand to use them again. Also more tea towels. Also height difference walking from hallway into tiled bathroom was an issue as we all tripped up on it. Our granddaughter actually fell on the first night and cut her head open as she fell straight into corner of vanity

Beautiful location with a very nice view 9f the beach. Big apartment and fantastic amenities.

A fair bit of roadworks happening making the place hard to get into if you're driving, but that's not the hotels fault.

Great holiday retreat.

The location was brilliant. Walking distance to all cafs and restaurants. The interior was extremely well presented and clean

Outdoor furniture cushions had a few stains, and balcony glass was dirty, but due to the apartments' location and exposure to the sea breeze, this was to be expected. Some of the bed pillows were deformed and lumpy, but not all of them
