Overall good hotel, breakfast was really good, not too far from city center, overall good value for money, great staff.

Room was a bit small to fit 3 beds.

Great welcoming team!

Our Christmas stay at Bo18 Hotel Superior was great. The team is really warm and welcoming and they tried to accommodate all our needs. Because of the difficult dates, many services were not available around the city but the hotel was very helpful and gave us lots of information and tips. They were also extremely attentive and left a Birthday present for one of us in the room without us even reminding them! Really truly a great team and a great experience overall.

We were three and used a triple room. It was clearly a double room with an extra bed and thought the extra bed was not at the same level of comfort and attention to detail than the rest of the experience at the hotel.

Room was very spacious, bright and clean. The staff is very welcoming. Nice breakfast. 5 min from the tram or metro station. Very nice stay.

Was good, but hotel is a bit overrated.

Fantastic staff at reception, very friendly and helpful. Nice rooms, good location and great breakfast.

Parking is overpriced, pillows are uncomfy, "spa" is barely large enough to fit in two people at a time. Room smelled like cigarette smoke.

Wonderful experience

Breakfast was so delicious. Our room was quite clean and warm enough.

The sauna and jacuzzi would be much bigger than that. It was located in a small area and only two people could stay that place.

Stayed there before, will stay again.

Breakfast was nice and tasty, the wellness area is well equipped for its size. Staff is super nice.

Breakfast options are good, and rotate, however, they might get a bit dull after a few days stay.

Friendly and very helpful staff. Location great, very easy to walk to most locations or take public transport. Very very clean and fabulous breakfast!
