A fun old school resort

We love visiting BM beach resort. A bargain all inclusive; old school fun in a friendly environment. Definitely like the new beach bar.

We like all of it but Im guessing it could all do with a bit of a tidy/brush of paint but I guess this would put the price up

Disappointing

Disappointing !

Pool and the slides were good. Breakfast was good. Room is good except for the housekeeping service.

The staff in the restaurant are keen to take the plates away and tell us "the buffet" is getting over in 10 mins/15 mins etc. The housekeeping never turned up until we called 2-3 times for cleaning on the second day. We put the "clean my room" tag but there was no response. The telephone in the room was not working and when we called to complain from the phone available in washroom, the staff was laughing and asking "if the phone is not working, then how are you calling now?" I have never seen such a reaction. During checkout, I had to call 3 times and then walk till the reception to arrange for someone to pick our luggage. This was my second visit to BM Beach resort and I don't feel like coming back !!

Very good

Overall it was a good stay.

The location and the facilities are good. The staff are all polite and helpful. They had a show as it was Christmas Eve. Its was fun.

We are booked for a Cabana room. Unfortunately may partner is 6 foot in height and they put us on a cabana with low ceiling. He didnt fit in the shower even.
