Overall nice furnished apartment, no staff ever available, and no drapes in 1st bedroom right next to amusement park wit

Room was clean and well kept. Beds were nice. Had a lot of in room amenities that we enjoyed.

Availability of staff was horrible! Besides check-in we could never get a hold of anyone, so good luck if you have any problems. We even went down to front desk and no one was there in the middle of the day. So the issues that we had never got resolved. We tried contacting people before check-in and after check-in and didnt get responses until days later. So if you want great customer service, this is not the place to stay. The light switches are very confusing at this property. Fan/light switches with 9 buttons and we could not get the light in the living room to shut off, so slept with the soda sleeper with the light on. We tried calling, messaging through Booking.com and didnt respond until days later. Also, the room we were in was facing west toward the Fun Spot Amusement Center and had lights blaring into the one room that was on that side. The other rooms, 2nd bedroom and the living room, had nice drapes that kept light out. There were horizontal shutters in the first bedroom, but they were cut 3 inches to short on the sides and even with the shutters closed it was like trying to sleep in a light box there was so much light coming into the room. It was horrible!

I will be back again

That was my the best experience ever in USA.

The apartment is big enough for big family, very clean. They even care about comfort in little things. I felt myself like I am at home. Clean rooms, lots of towels, stylish furniture. We enjoyed our stay. Definitely will recommend it and of course will be back again.

Noisy as hell.

Roomy and the location was excellent

Noisy as can be. Assigned a room on the 2nd floor outside Lift Plant Room which made a horrendous noise every time someone used the lift. All night long, no sleep. Asked to be moved and the staff were less than sympathetic and begrudgingly gave us a room on the ground floor. This was noisy because of everyone walking past the front, all night. At the back were people playing basketball until 10pm. Constantly bouncing the ball for three hours. Badly designed hotel, noise everywhere

I liked property was right across the street from Fun Spot Orlando. It was not too far from main area of International Drive. So driving required. The rooms were very spacious.

Didnt like that elevators felt as though not air conditioneda little stuffy. Also toilet close to bathroom door entry.
