Too pricey, amenities non-existing

Bathroom very nice, good water pressure and warm. Manager is nice and makes an effort to be helpful.

Rooms very humid and slightly moldy. Listed amenities are non-existing, no WiFi (at least in rooms) and no laundry service as listed (we specifically chose because of soaked clothes from hiking), overall a bit pricey for the room size and quality.

Poor service - not as booked

Location was ok - close to the center

The room given was not what I had booked. I had booked a room with a balcony and a kitchenette - or so I thought. Lady did move me to room with balcony but their were not rooms with kitchen/microwave. Also was told by the lady at reception that breakfast was included when actually it was not. Nuwaya eliya was cold and room was cold.

Very friendly staff, nice and small cosy hotel near foodcourt and town

Very friendly staff, offered bus station pickup and drop. Nice beds, hot shower, good location.

It's close to the town centre. Staff are helpful.

The room is not soundproof, so noises from TV and other guests in the lounge room and corridor can be heard. The room is a bit rundown.

Superb

Location is great, short walk outside of town. Room is clean and spacious. Staff were very friendly and helpful in recommending things to do as well as hoping to book.
