The fixtures were poor and rooms weren't really clean. A little bit of soap and bleach goes a long way in cleaning bathrooms and the floors. Rooms have a musty smell. But the shower water was hot.

The coridoor was very very dusty and dirty, the room was unused for months I guess and they gave it to me because maybe on that the day the hotel was running on full occupancy the washroom was dusty, the taps had stains all over, hot water wasn't coming, it was just a bad experience overall

I will surely come back

I went to this same hotel several times already and it fits well my needs. As European guy, I would not necessarily recommend this hotel to a European person which is visiting India for the first time. The arrangement of the rooms around the patio is particularly giving a nice environment.

Sometimes, the people there are not able to understand English and it is difficult to get what you want even with some basics of Hindi. However the reception is always able to make the interface.

Budget friendly

For budget hotels, the bloom chain is good. In fact, cleanliness wise, they may be better than some so-called 5 star hotels. And in this hotel there are windows that open, so you can get some fresh air and not just the stale AC air.

The restaurant smelled of car fumes. That is why we did not have breakfast there, although it was included. Half the items in the menu were not available when we went for dinner. Also, the view from the hotel is very bad as one can only see garbage on the streets. The facility itself is a bit old but clean. The drainage in the bathrooms could be better. We have stayed in another bloom chain in Bangalore which was much more cleaner and the food was way more better - fresh and healthy. In the Delhi bloom chain the food was definitely not fresh apart from the fact that half the items on the menu were not available.
