Exceptional

Wonderful stay for our honeymoon.

Wonderful stay to be at for our honeymoon. The beach (Glacis beach) is perfect, small but feels so private (because empty), the places for breakfast are beautiful and everything was so clean! Without mentioning all the staff members who are always ready to help and so available, with a kindness that is touching.

Perfect place for a stay between Beau Vallon and Victoria

The location by the sea is outstanding with more rooms on the other side of the road, by the pool. Delicious breakfast with a breathtaking view. The room is also very well decorated with natural materials, loved it!!

Noisy stay overall, which is not the hotels fault but in the morning we had dog barking non stop from 6am to 7am and then you hear the cars and trucks from the road quite loudly.

The staff is definetly welcoming. They supported even on extraordinary cases (such as with a damaged luggage I had from the airport). Restaurant give several option of taste. To be noted a very nice swimming pool and the massage spa service. Ultimately, by wondering throughout the hotel, you can experience both beach side and tropical forest - to try!

Very good

The romantic candlelit dinner by the ocean & service provided by Dash was amazing. Lindy the receptionist was also so nice & provided good tour options. The view is perfect. It is a paradise.

WIFI wasn't that strong but it wasn't that much of an issue.

Beautiful and lovely place to stay

This place is cozy and beautiful, very friendly and kind staff. And location is great being in a quiet area and close to everywhere you need. All the facilities including the spa is so convenient and great quality.

The only thing was they didnt include water in the fridge except the first day. Ive requested and its been sorted later thanks to their lovely staff and manager, but Id suggest this to be default for every guest.

Updates Needed

The staff was nice, the rooms were a decent size and the view was beautiful. The food was DELICIOUS

The wi-fi setup was terrible. There is a list of several different wi-fi connections (15), so depending on what location of the hotel you're in, you have to connect to a different one. I injured myself from uneven walking pathways. The location isn't near anything within walking distance.
