It was a good stay but not expect good service from them.

They have good outdoor space over there, the food was also good

I didnt like the service, i asked for several things like bonfire extra blanket even for discount the same ans i got aapne pehle batana chahiye thaa, so the service part they can improve, i bought 4 big suits over there with my parents but they even cant afford a blanket or rajai for u, other than the service all was good

Sir, it is chargeable

Location was good, rooms were clean, service was prompt.

For every query, the first response of the staff was that the specific service is chargeable. Inspite of the chilly weather, there was no room heater. On requesting for the same, we were asked to pay additional Rs. 500 for the same. The roof of the room is quite high and the room size is quite adequate but due to lack of carpets and good quality linen and curtains, the room felt quite barren and as a result, relatively more chilly than a conventional hill station room.

Garden and view.

Rooms are not well maintained, doors dont lock properly. Staffs are not well trained. Linen was stained and unclean. Food is ok. In general, the team is not pro active. You will have to ask multiple times to get things done. We had to chase multiple times for D2H recharge, similarly for intercom which wasnt working.
