Good

The location is great. I enjoyed my 6 night stay but I wouldn't stay again.

The location is perfect for the theme parks and local restaurants and shops.

I expected the caravan park to be busy but it was too busy for myself. And the pool is too small for the number of people who stay there.

Motel accommodation not recommended. Best suited to campers.

Location was awesome. Kids enjoyed the water park. Check in well organised.

The bed was the most uncomfortable bed Ive ever slept on. Staff assisted me to flip the mattress on the first day, the middle and top half was saggy. We left a day early due to this. I told receptionist this on check out and she took my swipe card and continued her conversation with her co worker The motel area was really noisy.

fantastic experience.

The pool is great for kids, but not that great nor spacious enough for adult to swim and relax. Great value for money and holiday.

perhaps to have another area and pool mainly for adult to relax and soak the sun..

Very disappointing, not worth the $$ at all.

Water park/slides

Cafe food not great-ended up having to go out to eat elsewhere, room (Cosy Cabin) very poor-not worth nightly rate, at all- very disappointing- size, no lounge- the bar seat was disgusting and uncomfortable, could barely move around dining table without stubbing a toe, far far too small, receptionists not friendly or helpful, activities I booked got cancelled, wasn't able to have visitors- was told by reception that the park was at full capacity and it wasn't. Very disappointed. I have travelled alot throughout Queensland and regularly stay at Big 4s but this experience was most disappointing.

Stay in Surfers Paradise. Better and Cheaper

Close proximity to Movie World and Dream World.

Except for 2 of the staffs, the rest are kind of snobs and always looking busy. No potter service. Cosy house so small and thus require to upgrade and paid more in total eventually compared to fresh booking. Far from eateries. Pool is pathetic. No other activities as stated.
