I will always recommend Beverly Hills hotel to others. I am sure to go back.

See viewing. Every Staff member was friendly and they all had a sense of humor as if they were from one happy family.

Nothing to falter. Everything exceeded my expectations. Staff was very friendly. Bed comfortable. Room always clean. Food was delicious

Disappointing..

Location

Tired / needs a refurbishment. Poor communication from management post an incident at the hotel. No compensation/ gesture of goodwill post a rather traumatic event/s that started at breakfast but continued on and off into the night which I happened to witness.

Exceptional

Far exceeding my expectations

I felt like I was being treated like Royalty. It is so refreshing to have stayed at a Hotel that exceeds expectations. Value for money too as i feel like you got what you paid for, so I didn't feel robbed. Will certainly be back!!!

I liked everything. I wish I had spent more time there but was just there for business. Next time it will be for leisure.

Very enjoyably...the staff were outstanding couldn't have been more helpful.

The breakfast was amazing. The original room had a kingsize bed but the bathroom had a shower in the bath which was not acceptable... we were then moved to a room with a walk in shower which was lovely but the room was very cramped and the bed was very small...we had booked a kingsize bed which we therefore didn't get.

I would have liked a bigger room with a kingsize bed and a walk in shower.
