Right in the center of River North, this place is great. Staff very friendly and no ask is too big or small. Jordan the manager remembers me when I stay and tries his best to make the stay a great one.

Location was good, front desk clerk was very kind

The parking lot was too small for my pickup truck. I had to use a lower level that resulted in a few scratches.. the mattress was a little bit hard. Booked the room thinking I could use the patio on the roof to watch the NYE fireworks but couldn't since it closed at 10 pm.

I liked the staff.

The smell of Marijuana was all in the halls, elevator and would come into our room every day and night. The facility could use some updating for sure but was overall clean.
