Staff was excellent and breakfast the best ever!
No AC, booking did not warned there was no AC in the room. But staff was kind enough to provide a portable AC unit.

A great 24 stop, with excellent staff in a central location!
The staff were brilliant. I arrived early in Zurich, and happily held my bag for me and suggested coming back early for access to my room. They had impeccable English, answered any questions, and made sure I knew where interesting things in the city were. The breakfast was 'top-notch'. It was delicious, with many options available. Fresh fruit, cheeses, breads, meats, eggs cooked to your taste, cereals, toppings for toast ... the list goes on. There is something for everyone Whilst the room was small, it was exactly as described, warm and clean. A lovely surprise was a number of drinks left for me in the mini fridge, at no cost! A first in my travels, and much appreciated.

The only thing missing for me was a shower cap. I am sure I could have asked for one at reception but improvised successly with the laundry bag and as I was only staying one night, this was a fine solution.

Very good location, at breakfast all kind of egg served bass on your request, safety, price values, hot water good, balcony in the room
My room and also the bed head were just at the beginning of the floor, so it s a bit loudy sometimes when the doors are closed or someone climbs the stairs.
