Very good

Short and Sweet

Beds were more comfortable than expected. Front desk staff were very helpful in booking taxis and guiding us to locations navigating public transport. Perfect location outside of Vatican. Would recommend.

Breakfast was expensive for what you got, we had two kids who didn't eat a bunch and were 15euro each. Other than that, no dramas.

Superb

Perfect HQ for Rome/Vatican City cultural vacation.

A block away from the Vatican museums, it is hard to think of a better location. The Staff was absolutely amazing. Breakfast was very good. Nearby dining options were great.

Even with the key inserted in the slot, the lights in the room were on a timer. This doesn't make any sense.

Very modern and comfortable hotel

very modern hotel & room, exceptionally clean in a quiet area. The breakfast was amazing, with a lot of variety, both salty, sweet options and many fruits. The best breakfast I ever had in Italy. The people serving coffee are extremely nice. Close to the subway station and several supermarkets. The hotel has a sauna room that you can book for free all for yourself.

the temperature could not be adjusted from the room which I felt was quite inconvenient. they could adjust it from the reception desk but 'warm' and 'cold' are very subjective terms so this was not really helpful. the room cleaning service starts very early and it's very noisy, if you're in vacation and want to sleep in (after 9 am) you won't be able to. One morning the cleaning lady even entered my room while I was still sleeping (around 9.15 am) which was not pleasant.
