The best hotels to visit in Venice.

The rooms are large and ideally located very close to the railway station. Lots of Chinese restaurants around to experience.

Poorly soundproofed door panels, very clearly heard in the aisle.

I arrived at the hotel at 2 am. Everything was ready for me to move in. It was December. The room was warm. The room is newly renovated and has new furniture. Mestre station is across the road.

The location is great. The staff is hospitable and friendly. The breakfast is very good. The room and the hotel are very clean.When I come to Mestre, I always stay at this hotel.

The rooms are not warm enough.

Venice Trip : Best of Best Western

The Location is Great ! You are in front of the train station and you can get to Venice St Lucia in 10 minutes .the Bus No 2 is there but is crowded. The Breakfast is excellent with the Cereals/Bread/Jam-Butter/Juice/Coffee ,Tea/Scrambled & Boiled Eggs etc. Something for all ,even kids .Recommend you add this to your booking and then you are good till a late lunch . Room was big and with good bed size and comfortable . What surprised us was the staff !!! The Front Office /Breakfast and House Keeping were excellent !!!! There is a private parking which right now cost 15 euros a day.

I am still thinking -could not find one reason

Comfortable beds and pleasant service direct at Mestre central station

Nice location, really close to Mestre central station (the rooms are quiet and you do not hear the noise from the trains). Staff is friendly and breakfast has multiple options. The hotel also has a nice bar with cocktails, wine and snacks at a fair price, which is a nice surprise in a place like Venice. Highly recommend

Value for your money, but be aware of gangs harassing tourists in this area.

Value for your money. Close to the train station.

The are is quite noisy if your room is facing the street. We also saw gangs or groups of young men harassing tourists out on the walkway. You will want to avoid going out alone in this area. We saw fighting on the street and the day before we witness a young female tourist being approached and harassed by a group of 5-6 immigrants. We made sure that the girl got out of that situation and then asked the hotel to call the police.

The location! It is next to train station, very convenient to catch the train. The room is very clean, very nice. The staff is also very nice and friendly. The staff asked our preference in terms of bathroom when we arrived and room was ready when we arrived.

Nothing really, but maybe breakfast selection can be improved as the options for hot food is not that many. Great coffee and great selection of pastries.

Excellent location for an enjoyable trip into Venice.

Excellent location to take the train into Venice as the hotel is mere steps from the Mestre train station. The restaurant has a good selection of menu items and the prices are not too expensive. The room we had was spacious and had all amenities. Good dining options including a grocery store were within a few minutes walk from the hotel.

Staffing at the front desk was limited to one person who was dealing with a difficult customer. Another staff member was present at the front desk. But, did not come to assist other guests or provide any indication how long the wait would be. Once we had checked in, gone to our room and changed for dinner and returned to the front lobby, some of the people waiting behind us were still in line to check in with only one staff member helping guests. Not a great first impression.
