The H�tel Qu�bec Best Western PLUS Centre-Ville - City Center has a great location and nice rooms with comfortable beds and a large washroom. The hotel offers good service with polite and attentive s (Read More)taff. It is conveniently located near the Videotron sports center and good restaurants. However, the hotel lacks valet parking and has poor lighting in the parking lot. The rooms are not noise cancelling and breakfast is not included. Overall, the check-in process is simple, the rooms are well-maintained, and the breakfast buffet is amazing. Some guests found the pool to be a little chilly. The hotel is in a walkable area with easy access to old town, although there are some hills. The cleanliness is average and the indoor pool is suitable for a quick dip. The room amenities are lacking, but the bed and pillows are comfortable and room service is prompt. Overall, it is a recommended hotel with a spacious and clean room and excellent service.

Its a good option for a short stay, there are nice restaurants in the area like Noctem Artisans or The Cuisene. Very cl

Location, clean, waiters from the buffet restaurant are super friendly and nice. The renovation of the lobby is nice.

Parking space was dark, messy, no valet parking available. It didnt include breakfast and soft drinks like coffee, tea or water. Pillows were terrible. We could hear everything from the room next to ours.

Location is good but the stay was by far the worst experience I have ever had

I liked the location and proximity to local bus service and stores. Reception staff was good and welcoming.

Everything to begin with 1. It was advertised on Bookings.com that parking is free onsite which was not its $32 per night. 2. There was no room service from the restaurant they dont even answer calls. On complaining to reception they asked me to go to the restaurant and get it myself. 3. Room cleaning was zero. They just tucked in the same bedsheets for 4 days even when they could see that the sheets were dirty as we had a toddler with us. 4. Towels were not replaced just folded and kept on the toilet seat. 5. WC was not cleaned

Amazing experience that exceeded our expectations! We loved Quebec City

Location was super convenient to visit the main attractions of the city. Walking distance to most of the old Quebecs historical buildings and venues. Also, Saint Joseph Street is a nice block plenty of food options.

The vending machines of 6th floor are out order. The payment options are limited. Credit card should be available.

It was too noisy to relax

The hotel is clean and relatively fresh. The rooms are spacious enough. Theres a convenient underground parking next to the hotel.

First and foremost, earplugs were the only option to sleep. In the beginning they gave us a room with a window looking directly at some kind of HVAC equipment with noise and vibration. After changing the room, we received another one where we could hear everything from our neighbours. Secondly, the bed was too soft, causing some backache. Finally, the location. No questions for the hotel; the map speaks for itself. We decided to make an experiment and stay this time out of the Old City. The experiment has failed. If youre interested in occasional walks to the Old City, please take into account the landscape of Quebec. Its not too far distance-wise but you need to go up.

Everything, Lea at front desk was exceptionally great, and everyone at breakfast was awesome Leas customer service was top of line. Thank you all keep ip the good work.

Dinner portion was very little for the price.
