average for a night stay, book this only if you dont have any options..,

rooms were too cold and no heating facility available, door handle of washroom was broken. we booked non smoking room but was given smoking room. Then we shifted to non smoking room and it was too cold for comfort in that room

I needed to get in early and the staff were great in facilitating this. I needed to leave my luggage on the check out date and the staff also accommodated this with a smile. It's a Best Western Hotel so you get a certain standard and that's good to know. Happily would use this hotel again.

Its pathetic.

Because air conditioning was not working properly for which I raise complaint at reception desk but they didnt resolved it and kept on sweating whole night.!! I told them to change my room but they didnt.!!
