This is a best western ... So meets all the courtesy, service and cleanliness standards without fail

It is short for parking, luckily I found one... We had an unpleasant experience (rain water came into the room) I informed at the time of check out due to overnight rain... Obviously the staff knew there was problem like that (cause I am sure this wasn't the first time it rained in Pathankot) .... They didn't even try to make a decent show of showing concern .... So my advise is check the weather and then check in ;)

The stay was great, the only issue was that they called us at 10:30PM about our dinner plans and woke us up. That is in spite of the fact that we had dinner earlier at their restaurant!

Would have been a 10... if not for one serious indiscretion

Comfortable, clean hotel, with decent rooftop restaurant

This would have been a 10 if not for the fact that a member of staff called two of our three-person travelling party at 10:30 pm to enquire about dinner orders ("Hello, may I have your dinner order please"). We stayed at this hotel specifically as an overnight stop before a 4am wakeup for a drive to Kashmir, so we weren't too happy about being woken up unnecessarily.
