Location

The place is not what they advertised. It's a old building and looks as they are redoing some rooms. For the price it's not accurate but they charge because of the location

Dated hotel in a great location

The location is easy to get to and from Disney

Hotel is a bit dated, however part of the hotel is under renovation. The floor in our room was disgusting and we had to wear shoes at all times.

Great place to stay if luxuries are not necessary and you plan to spend most of your time out of the hotel.

The location was great, the room and the hotel were clean. The free breakfast was limited, but it had hot items and for the most part the items had good taste (only the potatoes were cold more than once).

The only thing I didnt like was the schedule for the free shuttle to the parks. Except for Universal Studios, they left the hotel a bit late and left the parks a bit early. For example, to go to Disney World there was a bus to Epcot that left at 9:50 am and returned from Hollywood Studios at 6:10 pm.

Breakfast could have been a little more accomodative for vegetarians. Smashed potatoes should been in the menu daily. Fruit should have an option of both oranges and bananas and not just one

WORST EXPERIENCE - NO RETURN OF GUARANTEE MONEY

The WORST experience I have ever had in my life in a hotel. They make you pay the guarantee of 50USD with the credit card and after more than a month they have NOT returned me the MONEY. Be careful, they tell you that they will help you return your money, but of course, I am already in my country and there is not much that can be done. They tried to return it once, but it failed because the bank considered the transaction fraudulent. I asked the bank to modify it, but the hotel has not responded to my emails after a month to solve that, just at the beginning but then no more. That's what I call FRAUD. I will never return to this hotel again.
