The room is nice, with big bed and bathroom. There had a normal hairdryer, which is the very good option for me.

The room was made daily with fresh towels. Our room had a private garden space.

There was a dusty hat from a previous guest left in the wardrobe and the garden area furniture was disappointing and dirty with cigarette ends left in the gravel.

Convenient for a last minute booking

The hotel is please 10 minutes Uber/Taxi distance from the station and is easily reachable. All public areas are well curated and rooms are simple but with all what you need. The bed was comfortable. My parents had breakfast and said it was very good.

Is not exactly convenient if you're not planning to walk a hill: the hotel is theoretically nearby Antibes beach and historic center but the neighbourhood where is placed is on an elevation. So if your older or planning visit Antibes with older people, this is not the best option. Even if the room was clean, the shower was stained, meaning cleaning was not done properly with time.

Clean, convenient hotel in good location

Location very convenient - a few minutes walking distance to Juan Les Pins centre. Staff very friendly and helpful, the reception took the time to explain about the car park access and show it. The room had a sea view, a balcony and was very clean and comfortable. Rooftop restaurant has great panoramic view (we didn't eat there, so can't comment on food).

Personally, I didn't find the breakfast very good. Very limited, low value choice and the coffee was pretty bad (automatic machine). Hotel is excellent, but have breakfast elsewhere :)
