Location & amazing but albeit little poorly staff work in progress I guess . The honesty & humility of house keeping staff was a treat local recruit s I am guessing. Pahadi people r the best

Front office ( reception) need to managed all time by more matured & well trained staff . Not by 2 diminutive young female staff from a 4th grade hotel management school, my check in & check out was smooth however as it was handled by senior staff

I booked my hotel through booking.com. They lied to me.. In booking its clearly mentioned along with the picture that they will provide the double room but unfortunately the property doesnt have the double room and moreover after complaining to customer care so many times, they didnt respond, also they dont have any solution to that.. dont believe Booking.com sometimes they cheated on you.

Best Western Dalhousie is a good hotel to book if you are looking for a comfortable stay with breathtaking view. The rooms were clean the staff was helpful and courteous. We got upgraded rooms with a great view, overall it was a best deal with arrangements.
