Very good

Great communal spaces and helpful friendly staff.

As a capsule hotel the sleeping area is not the most secure place to keep luggage, but for a few nights it is good.

Nice layout, clean facilities. Has a locker in your capsule to lock valuables.

Will stay here again

We loved everything here! The cabins were the perfect sizes, had a lot of storage space and super comfortable. My favorite plus was the bath, felt like I was in a spa the whole time I stayed there. I also really liked how the women's beds and bathrooms were both separated from the mens. We didn't have to share common areas while going to our respective bathrooms. They also offered a lot of free rental items like humidifier, room sprays, etc. The common area was also really nice to hang out in (had a manga wall!). We were also appreciative of the staff who were all very helpful with everything including shipping our luggages to our next destination. Will 100% go here again next time I stay in Tokyo. It's a little far from the typical touristy areas but its a nice quiet change.

It was a little off ways to everything 'touristy' so would need to go through public transportation to get to places; however, it was less than a couple mins walk to Ichigaya station (JR and Tokyo Metro) so it's really convenient. We also checked in during Halloween and the front desk was closed at the time so my friend and I had to look for different lockers to leave our luggages in, which was kind of a hassle.

It is a convenient capsule hotel that has a great location.

I liked the location of the hotel and how it was located near a train station. I also liked the onsen that was provided. Lastly, I liked that the hotel provided necessities to where I didn't even need my luggage.

The staff, or the computer, had a hard time finding my reservation, despite showing the staff my passport and reservation number. Also, the beds are a bit stiff for me.
