Location next to the Airport is Great The room is Tiny Didn't make the 10am = Time Limit

The room is Tiny = to pay almost AUD$200 for this Tiny Room is "OUTRAGEOUS" Didn't make the 10am Breakfast = Time Limit - I HAVE CONTINUALLY "ASKED BOOKING.COM TO INSIST THAT HOTELS "MUST CHANGE THERE BREAKFAST TIMES FROM 10AM (DISGRACEFUL) = YOU/WE ALL SHOULD BE ABLE TO HAVE A GOOD NIGHT OUT AND STILL ENJOY THE BREAKFAST THAT WE HAVE PAID FOR AT A DECENT HOUR = 11AM

we have stayed in Belmont many times and very happy. this time we had cups and saucers but no teaspoons to stir coffee/tea. bathroom drainage was very slow to drain so water was overflowing when showering. no bathrobes. or is this new as we only stayed over 3 weeks ago & we had bathrobes.

Clean and location is okay. Breakfast was good.

Checkin was a pain. The room was too small, we kept bumping into the wall mounted tv. I dont think the bed was queen size, it seemed small.

Location location location, stayed here multiple times the best thing about it how close it is to terminal 3

Ive stayed a total of 4 times. Twice it exceeded my expectations the other times it was somewhat disappointing. The first time and third time I stayed, the rooms were spotless. The other two times I stayed the rooms werent as clean as Id hope. Still good but not as a good as the other two times

Easy access from terminal 3 McDonalds 40m from entrance to Hotel

Lack of towels, probably just forgot to put in my room - but its so basis I forgot to check for it before my shower. Lack of free breakfast, they didnt informe me that it was not included, to expansive compared to MacDonalds.
