Exceptional

Everything is within walking distance around the property. Spacious room.

Parking is a little hard. And because we wanted to check out a little early in the morning, we had trouble getting any staffs to help us check out.

It was a huge room - with elevated sleeping pods - serious stylish and unusual and there was a pool The outside seating area was delightful

For the price I think we should have had bean bags to sit on inside our room.

Definitely not worth the price for a budget hotel.

The location is good but the instructions given on how to enter to the hotel is not clear. The reception is not 24 hrs so make sure you message hotel before arriving.

Too many stairs and gates. Very inconvenient if you have big luggages. No water boiler or water provided. Bedsheets and pillow are smelly and musky. No TV provided as well. Lucky only stay for a day.

The location is strategic, walking distance to many attractions & cafes. The building is beautiful & clean.

There was no parking for the hotel, a bit burdensome as it is quite hard to get a parking spot in the area. It would be nice if the swimming pool had clearer water, I was a bit hesitant whether I wanted to go in or not. And it would be nice if there was some lighting in or around the pool area as people could fall into the pool at night. The grills were quite hard to detect my access card.

No aircon and no walls, noisy and food smell from shops

Took the family room. It has a queen bed aircon room with glass walls. But room with 4 single beds was not aircon. Full of mosquitoes, and since it has no walls on the secand floor the smell of BBQ satay from the famous coffee shop has made all our cloths smell. Plus its extreamly noisy. From the restaurant and coffee shop.

If there was glass wall throughout the unit it would have been perfect as this is a great location

The ambiance, industrial.style is great. Swimmingpool at the rooftop. My room at the rooftop. Spacious room .The staff is really kind and helpfull. Location in the old town and next to a great cafe with good coffee.

I missed a watercooker and glasses in the room. A fridge woud be nice.

I love how near the concubine lane is. The place was supper easy to get food. I love the aesthetic. The shower is the best. The water pleasures the best felt like raining in shower. The table was so big & amazing.

I hate that the toilet doesn't have bidet. How the wall was so thin that u can hear people walking outside. Super noisy. I hate that the swimming pools were so far from the room u have to go outside the building to go to the swimming pools. The floor has lots of unfinished nail, so it's hard to walk. They do prepare slippers for us. I have that they don't show direction for kiblat.

Comfortable place to stay and i will love to stay here again

Everything!we arrived quite late and we inform the hotel that the check in time will be at 8pm-9pm,the receptionist help us alot,room is spacious and comfortable when travel with friends,the facilities all in good condition..its in central location and i can just walk to go to attraction place..soon i will stay again here with my family

I want to go for swimming but the pool is not clean enough,toilet with no bidet in my room but its fine,quite noisy with foot step from the above floor but not all the time..i still can sleep for the whole night
