The cleanliness needs more improvements. There could be some table at common area at each floor.

The self check in guide was clear and easy to follow.

Superb

Very cheap and the coffee provided was really good. The staff helped me get sorted with a taxi as I was late to the airport.

A Lot of kids around the first backpacker I stayed out with families also staying there. Not too bad but mornings were sketchy being hungover in the common room but overall a great experience.

The location of the accommodation is very good and there are enough restaurants and shops in the immediate vicinity.

At night it was relatively loud (from other guests) so that you often woke up. Furthermore, the showers (for men) are in need of renovation.

Aircond is strong, bed is comfy, comes with filtered water, their cleanliness and facilities arent the best, but for this price range this hostel is good for me. Location is good as well, 10mins walk to MRT, cheap foods and supermarkets nearby

Theres no breakfast provided, but for this price you couldnt ask for more

horrible and staff was rude and did not apologize for the issue caused. Ridiculous service.

Hi it was the worst hostel experience in my life. We was unable to enter to our room for more than 2 hours due to staff giving us the wrong key for our room. First of all there was no one in reception to consult our issue so we were left unattended for 30minutes trying to contact your staff then one of your staff came after asking around. The worst part he spend 30minutes and could not open the door too. Then we waited another hour then a door mechanic came and solve it and he told us the staff gave us the wrong key. No one even apologized to us for the inconvenience caused to us. We supposed to have a morning activity but due to the door lock issue we were able to get in our room around only at 2am+ and had to cancel ourmorning activities. Kindly change your staff and management.
