Location, bed

Service, didn't get what asked for. Parking was nightmare. I had a fall, but had no support. Won't recommend

The room was lovely

That they wouldn't refund me or offer me credit for the first night I lost due to not being able to make it with the horrendous weather conditions in the GC Thought they would be more understanding with all power outages, road closures and no petrol stations open

Location was great. View was amazing.

The bed was uncomfortable, two matresses together. The room wasn't like the photos, its old and outdated.

Our room with a view, but?

I liked the lobby with its driveway. The fast lifts are easy to use. Excellent views through the large windows of the living area. The wraparound balcony provides chairs for beautiful views and looks over town and the beach. The living area has a nice dining setting and is well decorated.

The 6 stairs to get to the lifts. They were not mentioned by the staff or any help offered. The staff should have realised it is not easy at all for us elderly to carry our heavy suitcases up to the lifts. The kitchen is very tired but still usable. The bathroom needs a complete upgrade. There is nothing to keep toiletries for more than one person.

Excellent facility in perfect location with sea view

Perfect location, studio apartment with sea view (room 1806), spacious for studio, has washing machine and dryer, good shower and toiletries provided. Decent size fridge too. I have no complaints at all, my entire stay was amazing. Aircon was even turned on before I checked in which I greatly appreciated.

Not accessible for wheelchairs from reception to lifts.

The view was nice and the location was perfect.

It was extremely dirty and the aircon didnt work. For the amount we paid, this is very disappointing.
