Disappointing

Good location but facility should be improved

Location is good. Views from some rooms are great

Access road is poor. We were two families traveling together and wanted rooms side by side. Staff said it is not possible as it was all sold out. After some haggling they said we can do that. Staff was not truthful. Towels were not good. Bathroom was not in good condition.

Dingy resort with ocean views

The view of the ocean from the balcony was nice.

Dingy resort surrounded by garbage covered lake that had to be crossed to get to my room. Staff at reception were unwelcoming, and the whole atmosphere was dingy. The room had a dingy feel to it, the windows were dirty. For the price, I had higher expectations.

Seriously, find somewhere else and dont waste your money.

Not a lot unfortunately. The boat trip to breakfast was a highlight and breakfast was good. The massage was very very good.

The river and the beach are so polluted, with rubbish and garbage floating everywhere and washed up on the shore. What really lets this place down though is the restaurant at night. Perhaps one of the worst meals I have ever had. One expensive dish of 3 tiny pieces of chicken that was just bone. Frankly disgraceful. The owners of this resort should be so embarrassed by the poor food quality. The air conditioning in the room did not cool and it was clear there was no refrigerant gas at all. Pool was nice, but the pool tiles are covered in green slime and very dangerous. Could do with a clean and some love.

We had a great holiday!

The location is very beautiful. The pool is big and nice to swim in, and there are comfortable sunbath chairs. The staff was veeeery friendly, kind and helpful!

There is a resort just next to this one, which had big functions with loud music almost every day! (We stayed there for 6night) You could even hear the music and the beat in your room with closed door! The receptionist only complaint to the other resort after we repeatedly complained.

Nice setting, on the sea shore. Bedroom clean and nice.

They ask you to pay on arrival, with a card machine that doesn't work, a 10pm, after a whole day of travel, and after keeping your passport and your visa... We spend one hours trying to pay, unseccefully. We finally paid by cash on the morning. A bit anoying when you arrive after a day trip.
