Very good

private beach and swimming pool is good, staff are helpful and kind.

internet is slow, on and off. The road outside of hotel is bumpy and no pedestrian area, but the road was fixing in the day when we left, probably it will become more comfortable.

Waste of good location and hotel facilities.

Nice view and good swimming pool.

Serious issue with bathroom drainage, not enough hot water for shower.

Great value for the money.

The staff was very polite. Food was OK but not exceptional. Pool and beach activities better than expected.

The beach could be cleaned from seagrass and major stones, making it more popular to be there instead of the playing ground at the end of the pier. The hotel is a bit away from shopping etc.

Avoid. It may have once been good, but not anymore

The room smelt terrible of dirty water, we asked to move rooms which wasn't taken well and then the other room was worse. Such a shame as the rooms look nice. The attitudes and incompetence of the staff was shocking, we had travelled all over Asia and this was the only place that wasn't welcoming. They charged us in full before we saw the room, which would be fine as we expected to stay. They refused to give us a refund, then agreed to partial refund but have never sent one.
