Not a 5 star hotel. Would not stay again

Good breakfast selection. Location was perfect. Hotel itself was good.

Lack of attention from house keeping staff. Everyday forgot towels and toilet rolls. 4.30am phone call from staff but no idea why. Delivered towels 6 hours later at midnight when we were sleeping and member of staff went to let themselves into our room even though we had a DND sign. Told reception staff daily after each incident and didnt seem interested or had no answer and passed off with a sorry. We were offered a 30% discount on a 40 dinner as compensation but we did not feel this made good our 8 issues. For a 5 star hotel this did not meet our expectations and therefore would not stay or recommend this hotel.

Very good

Most excellent location, great for families, with dining to die for and best rooftop bar in Panglao.

Location excellent nearby Alona and the restaurants/shops, including bus and ferry shuttles. The restaurants are excellent with The Monkey Bar, rooftop Lune (amazing views and sunsets), and exquisite dining at The Boathouse. kids' playrooms, and nice pools and play areas. Great for family. Ocean view rooms are truly wonderful.

No beach. It's atop a cliff, so no real ability to swim in the sea like its neighbors a short distance away.

Family Vacation in BE Grand

The staff member were very friendly, they will always greet you with a pleasant smile and assist you whenever you need something. There were free activities like kayaking and inflatables. The breakfast buffet's menu is always different and we really liked the food. The facilities were clean and working as expected. The view was really great especially in the morning since you could see the ocean. The location is quite near the alona beach and the hotel provides free shuttle or boat ride to alona beach. You just need to check the schedule so you could plan in advance.

There were times that the towels were not available in the pool area or the towels were not replaced when it was taken by house keeping. Hope they could also have hand and face towels.

the overall bohol experience was raised to another level mainly because of the overall resort experi

the staff were exceptional! way better than expected. always a cheerful smiley face. very very willing to assist in anyway possible. f&b was fabulous! from the manager all the way down to the reception. =) highly recommend this place.

Superb

Great resort, great island,great people.

Staff, were friendly and approachable. Everyone was fantastic. The rooms amazing. The TV didn't work properly but I barely spent any time in the room apart from sleeping. The resort is close to great restaurants and nightlife.

Not really anything I didn't like.

Disappointing. I have a high expectations for this property but meh. Not coming back.

Breakfast is okay , mix of pinoy and some Asian dishes.

We were picked up late in the airport. I dont feel safe. As we were resting in our room , I heard a loud bang from the door, good thing I double locked it. When I checked what happened the guests was able to open our door. Called the front desk after, and the agent didnt even give me a good answer for what happened, so I went downstairs to talk to the agent in person, He just gave me a new key card. Also I called 3x just to ask for towels.Im not coming back to this property . I thought Room is outdated. WiFi slow and tv signals very bad.

Great stay! Enjoyed karaoke and table tennis in the playroom!

Amenities (playroom has Billard, table tennis, board games and karaoke!), friendly staff, breakfast, unique seaside experience and free water sports/activities and Marine sanctuary. No beach but they offer free ride to Alona.

No beach BUT they offer free ride (regular schedule) to Alona Beach!
