How attentive the staff was to any and all comments and requests.
There was a woman there in the afternoons, usually sitting in the coffee area, with a baby. I didn't know her role there but she was loud and very aggressive in her tone. If she was an owner, someone needs to explain diplomacy to her!

Top location for traveling to other cities with train. Very comfortable pillow and bed. Good breakfast and awsome staff.

Great spacious room that was quiet at night despite the hotel being located in a buzzing area. Bed and pillows were comfy. Nice breakfast with a lot of variety
The rooms had a kettle and cups, but no teas or coffees. Also there were no robes and no slippers that could be very helpful for the use of the jacuzzi
