Location is good, staff were friendly & helpful.

I have asked for extra towels prior to my arrival hence we have children but we were told that "normally", there is an extra charge for the extra towels. Also, breakfast, were normally with coupons,but a lot of the guests were not told to get the breakfast coupons in the morning. And children were charged which was a surprise to most guests. Reception should have told that before hand, or even the website itself. The cabinet doors needs to be replaced Room 1120, we had a hard time closing and opening them. The toilet seat is also broken. In the 4 rooms that we reserved 2, had broken mugs because we made coffee and they were leaking. R1116 the front needs to be replaced.

Wont be going back here and will not reccomend to others, maybe others might experience different tho.

Good since in thr back of SM Cebu

Over charged facilities, they made us pay a lot of extras. We all thought we all got sick in the hotel. All of us got sick when we stayed there maybe the food or water they served or even virus in the air inside the room, we dont know the cause but honestly think its the hotel but anyway, a lot happened here in this hotel so I wont be going back here.

You deposit something Cash(1th) just incase ,as if they don't trust the guests..rules of the Hotel.. Wrote 7 before that 1 persons less but still I have to pay full 4 persons instead of 3 persons

Stay was good despite those negative comments I wrote.

The property is accessible to almost everywhere.

There was a staff that even if she was wearing mask, I can tell by her voice that she was not accommodating. The bath towels smells bad like it was not dried properly and the small towel on the floor was a bit dirty. Just for suggestion, if you can provide slippers would be a plus to your property.

New hotel, ideal location. Buffet breakfaat excellent

oise, barker shouting every minute, evsry hour until 6am. Noise from ongoing construvtion sm and from the bus terminal. Windows are not clean heavy stain.
